How can i keep fit with stress fracture on leg and sprained ankle? - can i play hockey with a stress fracture to my tibia

OK, hockey and tennis and skiing, was recently in the same month her sprained ankle and a stress fracture in his leg and the doctor says I can not run for a good 3 or 4 months, in the burnt out. Tho do not really like exersize fat and awkward, but now I can not. healthy diet, but I am as a person has no idea how to keep fit in my situation?

  1. Speed on crutches! good job on cardiovascular upper body simultaneously! Pool ... You water wings for kids and put them in the foot, so you do not support it and swim ...   2. Ahh ... Poor you! I was 3 months with a fracture / dislocation of the ankle recently, and customer care is very difficult! But at the end of the day, fitness is not as important as the ankle! You can swim .... thats great, if not too much weight on the joint! They also work on upper body ... Weights, squats grinding /. As far as heart goes, outdoor swimming pool .. can not really do much in afradi!
