You can use Paint or Photoshop if you need to create a collage. Put your pictures and move them to wherever you want. Save the file. You can find the file in My Computer, right-mouse button and use as wallpaper. Hope this helps!
ReplyDeletethe use of Photoshop or Illustrator, and do what you do. as a jpg file and save it on your hard drive. Screen that shows when you find the file and set it as wallpaper. *** This is easy.
